Management of the College, The Pocker Sahib Memorial Orphanage College Society, Tirurangadi, is a subsidiary Society of the parent organization, Tirurangadi Muslim Orphanage Committee. The onus of the management of the College is entrusted with the PSMO College Society. The goals and objectives of the college thus, to a large extent, are intrinsically related to the aims and objectives of the aforesaid Tirurangadi Muslim Orphanage Committee. The aims and objectives endorsed by the society in Page 1 and Para 2 of the Memorandum of Association (MA) are: a) To look after orphans and destitute, to impart religious, secular and technical education and training. b) In pursuance of the above objectives: to establish and run orphanages, educational institutions, vocational training centres, hospitals and other charitable institutions. c) To raise funds to acquire sufficient capital and properties so as to meet the expenses necessary for attaining the above objectives .
