1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the ERP system provided by PSMO College, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the system.
2. Eligibility
Only authorized users of PSMO College — including students, faculty, and staff — may access the ERP system. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
3. User Responsibilities
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
• Be accountable for all activity under your account.
• Do not falsify or misrepresent information in the system.
4. Data Privacy and Security
All personal and academic data is stored securely and used only for academic and administrative purposes, in line with institutional data policies.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, content, and design elements of the ERP system are the property of PSMO College or its licensed vendor. Unauthorized copying or modification is prohibited.
6. System Availability
While we strive for uninterrupted access, the system may be unavailable during maintenance or technical issues. PSMO College is not liable for any inconvenience caused.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
• Use the ERP only for academic or official purposes.
• Do not upload malicious content or misuse data.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access or system manipulation.
8. Modification of Terms
PSMO College reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the system implies acceptance of any updates.
9. Termination of Access
Access may be suspended or revoked for violation of terms or upon disassociation from the institution.
10. Disclaimer
The ERP system is provided “as is.” No warranty is provided regarding its accuracy or availability.
11. Limitation of Liability
PSMO College will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the ERP system.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kerala, India. Any legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Malappuram District courts.
