1. Legal Basis & Approvals
This fee structure is formulated under:
- UGC Guidelines for Autonomous Colleges (F.No.1-2/2023(CPP-II) dated 12/05/2023
- Kerala Government Order GO(MS) No.95/2023/HEDN dated 20/07/2023
- University of Calicut Statute XII(5)(b) – Autonomous Colleges Fee Regulation, 2021

6. Payment & Refund Policy
A. Payment Rules
- Due Dates:
- 1st Installment (60%): 15 days after admission
- 2nd Installment (40%): Before November 30
(As per UGC Fee Payment Guidelines 2023, Clause 4.2)
- Late Fees:
- ₹50/month (Max 3 months) → After which admission stands cancelled
